Really?
The company has offered to SELL me MORE of their product because I am not satisfied with what I have already purchased? I think my problem with this proposed resolution should be pretty obvious. Why in the world would I give them one more penny when I spent over $2000 on what they claimed was their "firmest" mattress that is now very soft?
The company has claimed all along that they sell very few of the "extra firm" mattress layers that I purchased. Now they are carrying an even firmer model? Why would they bother doing this if the demand for this model is as low as they have claimed?
Something is not ringing true here. I continue to request a full refund as the only satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

MY RESPONSE:
In their response, Foam Sweet Foam has made several false claims: that they provided you with "all" of the emails
between us, that more than a year went without communication between us, and that my first request for a refund was within the past month.
 
Below please find copied ALL emails
between myself and Foam Sweet Foam. You will see that it was suggested that I place the
bed on slats as long ago as 7/11/2012; I provided the
company with photographs to prove I did this, with no improvement in
mattress firmness. Shortly after that, prior to 8/5/12, it was suggested that I place the mattress layers on the floor; I tried that as well with no improvement.
My first request for a refund was 8/5/12, as
evidenced in the email copied below. It was the COMPANY's choice to keep
sending me new layers, not mine. I would have been satisfied with a
refund 2 years ago.
There was no email communication between us between 10/1/13 and 10/5/14. During this time, however, there were several phone calls. The company sent me one layer about 8 months ago that has failed in exactly the same way as have all the other layers.
My impression is that they have few, if any,
customers who require a very firm mattress. They should do the ethical
thing and tell customers such as myself that a pure latex mattress will
NOT serve the needs of those of us who require a very high degree of
support.
 
As can be seen from our correspondence, I recently requested a refund of $1200, which I think was more than fair. But when the company replied by telling me they did not believe my claims, and that they "never" get complaints on the extra-firm mattress layers (I've been complaining for 2 years), I decided to ask for a full refund, which I actually do think is fair given that I need to replace the bed. (I would also be satisfied if they would pay directly for the purchase of a new mattress for me.) . As can be seen from our correspondence, I have been honest with them from the start about my back problems and my needs for an extra-firm mattress. They chose to do business with me knowing my situation. They could have just as easily chosen to tell me that they couldn't meet my needs and to to shop elsewhere for an extra-firm mattress.

I spent a month online researching latex mattress's, adjustable beds and companies that sell them. When I came across Foam Sweet Foam online and I checked out their Revdex.com rating I decided to give them a call. The owner was the first person I talked to and he was very friendly and helpful but gave me absolutely no pressure tactics that I'd rec'd when trying to ask questions over the phone to a couple of other companies. I was going to order over the phone but he suggested since I didn't live to far away to go in so my husband and I could each pick the right firmness level and I'm so glad I did! The sales girl [redacted] was super helpful and when I told her the best price I found for the adjustable base elsewhere she put on the phone with the owner and he matched that price so I could buy both the base and mattress from the same store, and even better he arranged to deliver all of it to my house in an astounding 2 days! I would have had to wait weeks if I had bought the adjustable bed online. I have told all of my family and friends about my experience, about the most comfortable bed my husband and I have ever had and that they also have a 30 year warranty on the mattress and I've told them if/when they need a new bed they've got to go to Foam Sweet Foam! I have scoliosis and have had 2 major back surgeries and spinal fusions and I have never slept better!

We have bought mattresses from Foam Sweet Foam several times. Their service is excellent, good quality products, and the compressed packaging is fun to open. Their firm foam is my favorite, and it lasts a long time in daily use.
