Review: I visited this establishment on September [redacted] 2014 for a routine oil change. I am a repeat customer. When I pull up the employee scans the barcode in my window and asks what I need today. I tell her a basic oil change. She asks me if I signed a waiver the last time I was there. I responded a waiver for what? She said my 2009 Ford Explorer requires synthetic oil and at my last visit basic oil was used. I told her that I wasn't informed that synthetic oil should be used. She responded "that's why we have a whole new crew. This was my first concern. As I was waiting in the waiting area an employee comes out with paperwork and something metal in his hand. He proceeds to tell me that something was burning in my differential oil (to which I had no idea what he was referring). I asked what he was holding and he said some kind of bolt. Another employee comes over (who I later find out is [redacted] the manager) and interrupts the employee and says that nothing was burning that there were shavings in the differential oil for the four wheel drive. This is my second concern. I pay my bill and notice the recommendations on the paper and leave. Two days later I am driving on the highway and the change oil light comes on. It startles me as the words are accompanied by a loud "bing". This is my third concern. I immediately call the establishment and am told not to worry that the sensor just needed to be reset and to bring the truck in. I return and tell the employee that I am annoyed that I have to come out of my way for them to do what should have been done initially. He apologizes. As he is resetting the sensor, [redacted] comes out with the employee who worked on my car. He tells me that the employee who worked on my car (who appears to be very young) doesn't know who the [redacted] are (which is an older singing group). I could care less because I am annoyed that I had to come back but I am polite. I leave after the sensor is reset. On Tuesday evening September [redacted] I am backing out my driveway and my husband notices a wet spot. He thinks it's oil. It rained the night before I tell him I think it's just water (the driveway is already wet). I head out and don't give it much more thought. Wednesday morning I return from taking my kids to the bus stop and when I pull into my driveway I notice a huge wet spot. When I get out the car I feel it and it is oil. This is my fourth concern. The establishment isn't opened yet so I get dressed and head over as soon as they open. I tell the employee that I was there for an oil change the week before and that now my car is leaking oil (I'm pretty annoyed). She tells me to go in the waiting room and have some complimentary coffee to which I tell her I'm not interested in the coffee I want to know what is going on with my car. [redacted] comes out because he hears me (my voice is raised). He tells me to calm down to which I tell him I will not calm down because I have been driving my kids around in a car that has been leaking oil. He puts my car on the lift and shows me that it is leaking oil but not a lot he says. I show him picture of the puddle of oil I took before I left my house (5 minutes away). He tells me it is just a small leak to which I tell him I don't care how small it is my car wasn't leaking oil before they did the oil change. He says there is a leak in the oil filter and that it is very common and happens all the time. He offers to fix it. I tell him I will not allow him to do anything else to my car because I don't think they know what they are doing. Not to mention I had to be at work at 8:30 and it was 8:15 (I got there around 8:05 and they open at 8:00). I remind him of the three other issues I have had with his establishment and that I wanted my money back. He said that he couldn't give me my money back. I tell him that he needs to be more concerned with servicing people's cars than talking about old singing groups with his young staff. I tell him to take my car off the lift and I leave. I call the 800 number on my receipt and leave a message as they were not open yet. I follow up later that morning and am told that the [redacted] would be contacting me later that morning. I call my husband and let him know what is going on. He is concerned about the leak and says it is their responsibility to fix the problem since we paid them $50 for the oil change. He takes the car back to them (this is now the third time since the original visit) later that afternoon when he gets home from work. I don't receive a call back from management and I call back on Monday September [redacted]. I leave a message and receive a call back from [redacted] who identifies himself as the [redacted]. He tells me that he didn't call me back because he spoke with [redacted] who told him that my husband returned and they fixed the problem. I tell him all my concerns and my disappointment that no one returned my call after I took the time to call and express my concerns. He blows me off and says that the problem was fixed. Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund due to the inferior service this establishment provided. I don't know when my car started to leak oil and that concerns me. The wrong oil was put in my car prior due to their failure to advise correctly. I now have two oil stains in my driveway. If they had knowledgeable and experienced employees working on my vehicle I would not have had to return repeatedly. I wasted unnecessary gas and time travelling back and forth to this establishment. The lack of professionalism and regard from the staff and management is appalling.
