Company has lost my coat
On Aug26,I dropped off ten items for cleaning On Sept16,when I went to pick my items up, Jose and staff could only find nine of my items We determined that my London Fog black winter 3/length winter coat was missing I was referred to Mayda the supervisor who eventually to *** *** who apparently was not available I called again on XX-and was informed by Mayda that *** *** is now on vacation and she had not seen him in the last weeks since I first spoke with her to tell him of my problem I left a message on Xwhich I was told was to J.*** but recording was a femaleI feel that Im getting the runaround I have been patiently trying to work with them for weeks now I have no receipt for the purchase of my coat as I told Mayda as it was a Christmas gift She again asks me for the receipt to detour me awayI don't feel they intend to compensate me for my coat
