yard with the bob kat the grounds were softscraped for preparation to start base of the flagstone patio, we removed alot of kolache rocks from back yard which was a full day of work and would return the next day to complete project, weather permitted us from going out the next day which would have been march 24th it rained heavly rains , contact was made with [redacted] and I did explain to him thst the grounds were going to have to dry out before job can be completed we can not lay base until surface is dry, March 26 th [redacted] called stated thst the grounds were still wet, i did tell him we would be there march 29 th to complete project , with in the 3 days of the 27th -29th [redacted] called my phone numerous of times wanting us to come out and I explained to him grounds all over town were still majorly wet we have to have a complete dry surface and his grounds have not dried out in one day we will be there on the 29 th , he then said he want his moneys back. And I did inform that materials were ordered and work has been performed on hos property , and we will complete job when grounds are dry for quality work , he did not want to proceed on. We will try to contact [redacted] again and we will let him know that we can return materials but work has been done at his property and will give him remainder balance after deductions for prepping and return on materials are fefunded to me.
