Numerous Complaints Filed, No responses ever given I moved into Elm Grove's property which is located on [redacted] in Londonderry, NH back in March The first night I was at this property I was already emailing the Assistant Property Manager Emily O [redacted] to complain of loud noise above us ( someone blaring a surround system till very late hours of the night )She said this would be addressedWell two nights later I am calling the cops due to a domestic dispute above us as well as the surround sound blaring once again, I again email Emily she says she will address thisThe noise from the people upstairs continued my entire time living at this property which ended up only being till the end of May The final straw was when the people down stairs from my husband, myself and our at the time month old Daughter got threatened regarding our dog which was allowed to be there by the people downstairs in our buildingNothing was ever done regarding our noise complaints, u
I would not rent with elm grove, I have received an message about denying my application because I am not married and also I called back and left message and then the lady called back and I told her I do not understand why I was denied on my application and she said because I do not meet the income requirements and I said I can prove I have more income and then she said that I have not been at a job for at least months and so I feel its just one thing after another when I say i'm gonna prove something she just adds on another thing that is wrong and I said that I did switch jobs which people do and she said well I understand but as far as I am concerned she did not understandThe bottom line is elm grove didn't even want to give me a chance at all,that is discrimination when you say you don't meet income requirements because your not married
