Focal Paint

I hired Gary W from focal- paint to stain my wood floors. He did a horrible job staining my floors. I had three different shades of stain patches on my wood floors. I have pictures and videos of my messed up floors. He’s not professional at all and was arguing with me when I asked him to refund my deposit back. He also ruined my friend’s wood floors and took her deposit as well. I’m filing this complaint against him so that in future he won’t ruin other houses.
