I hired Gary W from Focal paint for two projects, interior and exterior painting and staining interior wood floors. He messed up my deck and ruined my wood floors with four different shades of stain. He didn’t start the interior paint and took $4250 as an initial deposit and disappeared. I have tried several times to contact him but he’s not responding my calls. I’m filing this complaint against him so that he couldn’t ruin other peoples’ homes.
