I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11954368, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I accept their response but, It has been the two weeks you stated to get back to me, which you haven't been in contact with me in over several months. The last time I heard from your company was when you came out to look at the floor mid last year. You also stated that you are trying to look at the floor together with the builder and are having a hard time getting together worth him. The builder lives on the same street as me so I find it hard that you are waiting on him. This should not take a year to figure this out!

We have been in contact with Mr*** so I will layout the sequence of events This home was originally a model home so we are working with the builder as well as Mr*** to resolve the
issue. We have filed a claim with the manufacturer (*** Industries) for the product and are waiting for a response from them We have tried several times to coordinate a time with the builder to meet at Mr***’s home. The builder wants to be involved as part of the warranty lies with himI do not a have a firm solution yet as I need to wait to hear from *** on their warrantyMr***’s file is still open and active. I apologize for the delay he has experienced and expect an answer from *** within a week or two. I will forward their findings as well as a resolution as soon as I have a response on the product warranty and I will follow up within two weeks
