Review: This business provides a gym membership, for which I was billed monthly for a year. After my year was over, I telephoned (3 times) and emailed (4 times) to request cancellation.The phone calls resulted in an uninformed employee advising me to send an email. The emails were ignored (until 5/11/15).After repeated back and forth with [redacted]@velocitysp.com) I realized that my request was never going to be heard, as she has continued with her threats of sending my account to collections. I am at a total loss as how to cancel any subscription that I have with this company. They are attempting to steal and are harassing me. I will never recommend the service they provide and feel sickened by their unprofessional tactics.I hope someone investigates the abuse B Real Fitness employees to scam the people of Camarillo.Desired Settlement: I would like my account fully cancelled and any pending charges to be removed. I would like this business to discontinue harassing me and threatening to send my case to collections.
