My name is *** and my address is *** I have already provided this below.

I am emailing in regards to Focus Effect, I am unable to find a email address for this complaint to be sent to. I am in England so I am not willing to call the number that has been provided by Revdex.com Serving West Florida, all I need to do is cancel the membership which is currently active. I have been contacted by my bank to make me aware that the company that are now taking money out of my bank account is a scam and the payments have now been blocked. I have received another bill now for $42 which I cannot afford at all, I have since had a look into the T&C's to discover a sister company will also be taking money out of my account. My bank have made me aware that there will be roughly a total of $140 taken out of my account each month which will leave me in a difficult position as I have a house that I need to pay for.

I have 2 contact numbers one being *** and the other one being 844 496 3541.

I have an address of ***

Please contact me as soon as possible so this can be rectified and my membership will be cancelled.

Kind Regards,

*** - XXXXXXXXXXX / ***@live.co.uk

Products seem to be manufactured from a home sticker was not aligned on to the cream and looked very cheap. Falsely advertised.
Item was falsely advertised. Fake put together at home product that is probably Suave lotion in an even cheaper container. Name of product, email, & charges all differ.

Desired Outcome

Full refund for fake serum sent to me in the mail

Cancelled and was continued to be billed for three months. They will only refund one month, even though I have unopened product to return.
Purchased a trial in March. Received more product in April which I did not order and called and cancelled. Continued to receive product in May and now June (sent but not yet received). They have refused to accept a return of unopened product from April and May and are only processing a return of June after multiple additional phone calls. The company that appears on your bill is not the same as the one you call, which is also not the same as this one, who is actually behind the scheme. The product I purchased a trial for was Focus Effect, and they sent me and billed me for an additional product of some kind of omega fish oil. All I asked was to return all unopened product for a complete refund, since I had cancelled and they did not process it and continued to send product, which they have refused to do. My next step is a lawsuit in small claims court.

Desired Outcome

Please simply refund the charges for April and May as you did for June and accept return of the unopened product.

Thank you for contacting us. According to our records the customer listed had an account with us which was cancelled upon a call into our call center on June 25, 2018. On the same day customer called back and was issued an RMA for most recent product charged. A partial refund was issued at that time. After review of this case further refunds have been issued for the previous months. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to show on the card account used. Feel free to contact us for any other further questions.

I ordered a free trial of focus effect a month ago. The website said I would just be charged shipping only for a free trial
I received a package with 2 bottles in it. I took the omega fish oil and then started feeling really bad so I had to stop taking it. Just yesterday, I received another package with the same 2 pill bottles but I had not ordered anymore of this product. I checked my credit card statement which shows that this company is listed under 2 different names but both are in Florida. They charged me shipping twice (from each company) even though I received 1 package with 2 medications in the same package! It appears they charged me $79.95 and $89.95 for this recent shipment of the same 2 medications that I did not order. This is fraud and this company should be shut down. I also think the medication made me ill which should be reported to the FDA.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting to be refunded for the 2 charges made on the medication that I did not order

I ordered free trial of focus effect, I got charged $4.95, received product, now I'm getting charged $79.95. I want them to stop charging me.
I had to block my bank account, kept getting charged!!! other people are reporting same thing!!!

Desired Outcome

to stop charging me money!

Focus Effect Response • Feb 28, 2018

Thank you for notifying us. The customer did have an account with us which has been cancelled. All that was charged was the original trial offer of $4.95. We apologize if there were any misunderstandings or inconveniences.

Told me I needed to pay for the product during the trial period when I called to canel.
I called on 2/12/2018 to cancel my order, so that I would not get billed. The product was NOT working. I had ordered on 2/5/2018, so I was still in the trial period.

The customer service person informed me that I would either have to get an RMA in order to send the products BACK, or have to pay an additional $19.95 per bottle for the product. That was not mentioned anywhere in the marketing.

I refused, saying I wasn't going to do either, and that he was going to refund my money and NOT charge me again, and NOT send me anything else. I informed him that he could NOT legally charge me for anything else.

He put me on hold for 5 minutes. When he came back, he told me that he had "Talked to his supervisor", and that he had taken care of everything and I wouldn't be charged again.

This is complete FRAUD, and had he been talking to someone else, they would have probably paid the $19.94/bottle and been defrauded AGAIN. This has to stop. This company is defrauding people.

Desired Outcome

No further charges from the business, no further contact. Cease fraudulent practices.

Thank you for informing us about our call center. The customer did have an account with us which has been cancelled upon a call into the call center. The customer did call in during their trial period and is correct in stating they should not have to pay more or return any product. This case is very concerning and has been forwarded to our call center managers. In no way should this have happened. We sincerely apologize for the issue and mishap. Please contact us if there is anything else that we might be able to help with.

I have no way of knowing whether this is the way the company operates, or if this was just a rogue CSR. However, the Revdex.com does. If the Revdex.com receives any further complaints for the company alleging fradulent activities, I reserve the right to re-open the case, including the right to criminally prosecute in any and all lawsuits, either individual or class-action.

We have reviewed the case. It seems there may have been a miscommunication. After reviewing the call and records the agent was trying to explain they would be able to offer the product at a reduced price of $19.95. Also, the terms listed on the website were explained to the customer and state upon cancellation a customer must receive an RMA and return the unused product in order to receive a refund. Approval was made in regards to this case and a full refund has been reissued. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to post to the card account used. Our most sincere apologies go to the customer and all involved for the inconvenience and unfortunate events that have transcribed. In regards to the situation our efforts have been and are focused on making the customer's experience the best possible. If there are any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This product was advertised as a "free" sample (just pay shipping). I paid $3.95 for shipping for each sample (2 bottles). It was noted that if you didn't cancel within 7 days, you would be placed on a subscription and charged for future shipments. NOTHING was said about getting an RMA for the "free" sample. Why would I want a refund on $3.95? Perhaps the company should change their practices to simply allow someone to cancel without requiring an RMA, or requiring the customer to pay further for a "free" sample? This is fraud no matter how you decide to explain it. The complaint stays open.

Yes, I ordered the Focus Effect, and the bonus product, which is just vitamin B12.
Did not feel any benefit. I thought it was a 30 day trial. Did not realize they would charge my credit card $79.95 plus $69.95!!! The terms and conditions were never sent to the customer. The sales tactics are misleading. They refuse full refund under any circumstance. Yes, I checked the box, but they should be upfront about the charging your credit card, within so many days, in the add and not just in the "Terms".
It would be nice if they showed a little grace and gave a full refund.

Some months ago this company sent me a 'free trial? offer for a product labeled 'Focus Effect NOOTROPIC Cognitive Brain Formula. I responded and when I got the trial bottle, I discovered that its principal ingredient was Vitamin B 12, which I could purchase from my neighborhood pharmacy for one-third of your charge. I promptly advised the company that I did not wish to continue receiving this product.

Yesterday, I received a botle of this product, but no invoice was enclosed. I contacted my credit card company and the Revdex.com, which noted numerous complaints about this company's business practices.

I am returning the product in the same package it came in and formally advised the company not to send any more products and that any effort by you to charge my credit card account will be promptly challenged.
Order_Number: XXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund Being advised by The Fulfillment Lab and Focus Effect Products that they will not send me any more product and will not charge me for any product sent to me.
