Focus PDM from *** *** is a scammer company that claims to help entrepreneurs build their dreams by sucking their money outThey frequently change the name of the company, which happened during my contract with them, the name changed to *** **Be aware of the CEO *** *** along with his scammers *** *** *** ** *** *** *** and their screening for pray's guy (who claims to be** years old to gain trust) *** ***They wanted all the money upfront and then pretended to wait for a part from *** for weeksAfter the part arrived, they were ready to deliver immediately the useless product that is not even close to what was discussedSimply, they did not deliver the prototype that I have hired them to produce, which I need for Proof of Concept and offered a bunch of useless pictures of wiresAccording to the contract and $17,later they must deliver POC and a slick Industrial designInstead, I received pictures of wires and I was offered a sketch ***

The company went bankrupt on 3/22/and did not deliver the product we paid for in full on 1/10/Basically taking all our money and delivering nothing

Hi, since more than a year ago, I have been working with a company in Menlo Park, called Focus Design, I invented a pneumatic exercise machine for elderly people to exerciseThis company assisted me in the development of the machine, with improvements in design and materialsAlthough they where never on time with their deadlines, I put up with this because I understand, this thing sometimes cannot be exactI have paid more than Dlls, to this company alreadyThe main problem started after I paid dlls for a prototype they where suppose to deliver in June 2016, not only they did not deliver the product, the prototype they did does not work, on the Skype demonstration they where suppose to do they where not able to built it, they actually did not know how to build it because of their staff turnover, the people in charge of the project changed times, I was always dealing with different peopleIt has been a real nightmare to work with this company, I thought because they

Complaint: 11885543I am rejecting this response because:  It is the same response I got from them originally.  Its very simple, I paid 25,000 Dlls for a working prototype and they did not deliver. Not only where they late, but also they had a lot of turnover with their staff, so the people who where suppose to assemble the prototype once it got back from China, where not able to assemble it, they where not aware of the scope of the project.  I understand once you get a prototype, you might want to do some minor changes to functionality to improve it or on the esthetics. But in this case the prototype did not work at all. They still want me to trust them with another 8000 Dlls to correct their mistakes.  Their plan was to mail me the prototype so I could use it and then say if I wanted any changes, I never got the prototype because it doesn't even work, they cant even assemble it themselves.  I don't have anything to show for those 25 000 Dlls. This is not a way to make business, obviously they are not concerned with customer satisfaction.Sincerely,[redacted]
