Focus Vision Clinic

I had my eyes examined on Aug22,and ordered new glasses My insurance was billed for $and I paid $on that Date On 9/25/18, I went back in for another pressure scan and was given my new glasses which made me sick to my stomach when I put them on--totally wrong prescription!! On 10/10/18, I called to cancel my glasses and asked for a total refund for my insurance and myself I was told someone would call me back No one ever did! I've gotten many excuses, including "it's the labs fault" and "it's Quality Control's fault" It's now been months and I still don't have my glasses or any satisfaction from them I believe my last visit to their office was on 11/and was told they would "put a rush" on it and I should have them by 11/9--still nothing!! I feel like I've been ripped off by Focus Vision and have received nothing for a total of $ I would like my insurance company and myself to receive full reimbursement I hope you can do something about this compa
