I've been involved with Focused Directions for a little more than 6 months. As an owner of 2 small companies, I have found this to be a very valuable resource. Like many other business owners, I have a number of trusted advisors, my CPA, attorney, etc. but I never had a board of directors. This group fills that void with an advisory board that meets on a regular basis. The board is comprised of fellow business owners in roughly similar circumstances but not in the same industry. What I gain from our discussions is something I can't get from my managers or professional service providers.
I highly recommend this group to any owner that wants to work on his business rather than in his business.
