I will admit there were three Fridays that we were closed this year due to seminars before we were able to find a suitable replacement doctor, we always post notice a month in advance and give patients alternative dates to come in. Once again, the balance owing reflects visits actually used. Our mailing database shows she received statements in July, August, Sepember and October. The statements don't go out until the balance becomes past due.It is frustrating how people can use online reputation to manipulate their way out of bill but I will write off her balance because it is not worth getting a bad online record. I am rejecting this response because: I am not trying to get out of payments. If I quit the program early, how can I owe the whole balance???? That does not make any sense. In addition, I did not receive any correspondence from Focus on You or I would have reached out to them earlier. Putting a note on the door on Monday to say your are closed on Friday when my appointment is on Friday, gives me no options to reschedule. People are not just numbers that translate into dollars. We too have lives, jobs, and responsibilities. This disrespect of my time and the rude accusations that I am trying to avoid paying for something I did not receive is appalling. At the very lease Focus on You should be open to some level of negotiations.
