Problems with a Pump for my bobcat.I purchased a pump for a bobcat on May 16 2013. For $924.95. I went back to the Foley Engine to let them know that there was a problem with the pump. I called several times spoke to a tech guy by the name of [redacted] I also spoke to [redacted] who transfer several times to [redacted] I also spent a additional $58.00 for a pulling and spend $650.00 in labor for two mechanic. I ask them repair the pump and they say don't repair the pump. They told me that they couldn't refund me my money because I had already put fluid in the pump. Desired SettlementI want my money back.Business' Initial Response Dear Sir, Madam,We are happy to help with this and try to resolve the matter. However, we have no record of any sales of any kind to [redacted] or anyone with the last name [redacted]. PURCHASED NEW PRODUCT FROM THEM. TO REPLACE THE SAME MODEL THAT WE HAVE HAD FOR 15-20 YEARS. PRODUCT FAILED AND THEY WERE NO HELPON 2/19/2013 WE PURCHASED A GOVERNOR FOR OUR MOBILE CAR CRUSHER THE ONE THAT WAS ON HAD FAILED AFTER 15-20 YEARS OF USE. WE HAD ISSUES FINDING THE SAME ONE. BUT FOLEY ENIGNES HAD THE CORRECT ONE SAME MAKE AND MODEL AT THE COST OF 795.00 AND A 200.00 CORE CHARGE. AFTER FOUR MONTHS OF USE THE FRONT BEARING AND FRONT SEAL WENT OUT AND BEING UNDER WARRANTY I CALLED FOLEY AND THEY SAID SEND IT IN AND THEY WOULD TAKE A LOOK AT IT. AFTER THEY HAD IT FOR OVER A WEEK AND ME CALLING AND THEM TELLING ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY WITCH THEY NEVER DID I ALWAYS HAD TO CALL THEM THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY PHONES CALLS. AFTER THEY FONALLY LOOKED IT OVER THEY ADVISED THAT WE HAD OVER TIGHTENED THE BELT THAT OPERATES THIS PRODUCT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IN THE ONE THAT LASTTED 15+ YEARS WAS TIGHTEN BY THE SAME GUY THAT HAD TIGHTEN THE ORIGNAL ONE AND I MYSELF AND ONE OTHER TECH HAD LOOKED AT TO MAKE SURE THE BELT WAS NOT THE ISSUE WITCH IT WAS NOT. THEY ADVISED ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A DEFFECTIVE BEARING. I THIN K ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD REPAIR IT THEY THEN ADVISED ME THE PARTS WERE NO LONGER OUT THERE AND ALL THEY COULD DO WAS SEND ME A NEW ONE AT THE COST OF 795.00. I THEN HAD THEM SEND IT BACK TO US. I THEN TOOK IT APART MYSELF AND ORDERED THE PARTS FROM BEARING INC LOCTAED IT GERMANTOWN,WI AT THE COST OF 14.00. THIS IS ALL THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO TO KEEP US HAPPY. I FEEL LIKE THERE WAS NO HELP FROM THEM AND ALL THEY WANTED TO DO IS SELL ME A NEW ONE Desired SettlementI WOULD LIKE THEN TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART THEY SOLD US WILL A NEW ONE. IM NOT ASKING FIR THE WOULD GET A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The company charged my credit card for an alternator on [redacted] 2014. They never sent it until after I cancelled the order on [redacted]The company charged my credit card on [redacted] for a standard product advertised on their web site. A ""[redacted] Alternator." They sent the wrong one even though the [redacted] manager called me the next day to verify the correct one. They never sent a replacement.A month later and no alternator I called [redacted] and about [redacted] he said it would be shipped "this week" it wasnt. After thanksgiving I called and the shipping department said it was backordered and would be in that week. It wasnt. I started calling weekly as they NEVER contacted me and they finally said I dont know when you will get it.On [redacted] I called to cancel the order and they said it was already shipped. It wasn't. It was, however shipped on [redacted] Meanwhile I rejected the [redacted] Charge due to teh misinformation and lies I had been subjected to and they are now trying to claim it was a "special order".This is not a special order as their own Tip #91 states "WE have come up with an alternative . . . a replacement alternator for your Perkins Diesel" This means that any perkins engine can use their product. It is in no way a special order. Even in emails they state "Our 105 amp is designed for . . ." To say this is special order is fraudulent and without merit. After sending back their alternator, [redacted], the [redacted] manager agreed to take it back, accept the credit and we mutually agree to part ways.Now [redacted] has rejected the agreement and asked for the money even without delivering the part. I do not have nor want the part and demand that Mr, [redacted] comply with his [redacted] managers agreement and refund my money.Desired SettlementRefund the [redacted] charged to my card on [redacted] 2015 for a part I cancelled on [redacted] and returned after they erroneously sent on [redacted] In accordance with our agreement with [redacted], I returned the part in exchange for accepting a refund.Business Response Dear Sir/Ms.,We have received Mr. [redacted] complaint and wish to respond. Mr. [redacted] claims are largely at variance with the truth. Please allow me to explain below:On XX-XX-XXXX we sold an alternator to Mr. [redacted] for his boat. Shortly thereafter, we realized that the item was back ordered from the Factory. We then called Mr. [redacted] and asked him if he wanted to wait for the back order. Mr. [redacted] responded with a firm "yes" that he wanted to wait.On XX-XX-XXXX the order was filled and the item shipped to Mr. [redacted]. He then called after receiving it and told us that he had cancelled the order. I replied to him that we had no knowledge of the cancellation. At this point, I offered to send a [redacted] Call Tag service at our expense to Mr. [redacted] to pick the item up and also offered him a full refund on it. He agreed and the [redacted] Call Tag was issued.A day or so after the [redacted] Call Tag was issued, we learned that Mr. [redacted] had initiated a Merchant Services reversal through his credit card company!We were taken back by Mr. [redacted] unethical behavior. Not only were we taken back by his actions with his credit card company, but we are even more taken back to receive this Revdex.com complaint.At this time, Mr. [redacted] has his money back and we have our property back.
