April 10, a foundation repair was completed by the previous owners of our home by Integrated FoundationAccording to Crandell Engineering, shimming was included in this repair along with adding piers and joistsWe received a warranty for the joists and the piers, but not the shimmingWe moved into the house on April 18, and by June I started noticing major movement in the structure of the homeIntegrated came out, took a few elevations and said everything was the same as after the work had been completedOn X-X-XXXX we had to have the house reshimmed and was charged $2,When the repair was done, NO elevations were doneThe guy that was actually in the house used a level on the door frames and yelled to the guys in the crawl space below (in Spanish) what needed elevated and loweredFor this repair, Integrated sent a year warranty for the shimmingWhen we asked them

We contacted Integrated Foundation Solutions upon a recommendation from a friend, and what started out as a good experience has become a nightmare They recommended that we have two sewer line tests and a structural engineer come out before we did any workThe first sewer line test was done by Hole in One plumbing in December of The second was by C and C Leak and Slab Repair in July of The structural engineer was out during the summer Before the foundation work took place there were no leaks IFS installed concrete beams around our house on October and finished the work October Approximately two weeks later, around 12:30pm on November 6, my downstairs spontaneously flooded with several inches of raw sewage, coming out of the toilet I called AAA Auger that afternoon, and they put a camera in the sewer line after unblocking the p
