Our First contact was October 15th via text message from Ms***s then boyfriend letting us know the insurance adjuster would be there on October 16th between 8:& 9:On October 16th MrFolie met with the
adjuster from Allstate to make sure Ms*** received all the repairs to roof & sidingMrFolie pointed out several items to the adjuster to be added to claim, making sure Ms*** was adequately reimbursedOn October 17th we received a text from Ms***s then boyfriend stating that they received a "print out list from Allstate" and wonder if we could go over it with them
10/31/*** Folie Owner of Folie Roofing met with Ms*** & went over the insurance worksheet line item by line item and signed a contract to perform work in the spring of The work to be performed was due to a hail storm that went thru our community on Sept 21st
On April 9th Folie Roofing sent in a copy of the signed contract between Folie Roofing & Ms*** to Daniel ***
On April Folie Roofing contacted Daniel *** from Allstate Insurance to make sure an extension was in place to make sure Ms*** would receive her full amount of recoverable deprecation
During this period we received a text from Ms***s then boyfriend Mr*** asking us for a jobWe did not hire himApproximately a week later we received another text from Ms***s boyfriend letting us know he got a job with another roofing company and was wondering if they could get out for their contractWe stated that would not be possible so this caused an issueHence I am sure the reason why the letter to the Revdex.comNot because of poor performance on Folie Roofing's partIn knowing this we went the extra mile to make sure this client was satisfied
The First of May we completed Ms***s Roof in Approximately hours the siding crew started immediately after the roof was completeMrFolie went back to the job site after the work was complete and personally asked Ms*** if everything went smoothly and they were happy with the workTwo separate times she said she was pleased with the workMr*** her boyfriend also said he was please not once did Mr*** or Mr*** make any mention to being disappointed
John Snow our Siding representative also had a conversation with Ms*** who stated she was very pleased with the work performed
We take pride in what we do I have numerous letters and comments from pleased homeowners who state that the cleof the yard is second to noneSome of the homeowners feel it looks better when we leave then when we cameIs it possible to find a nail occasionally in the yard of course it is? But that is not clarified as leaving a messy job siteWe went over and above for Ms*** she decided to change the color of the siding and the insurance company was not going to cover the additional cost we did it at no additional cost to her
In the midst of writing this letter of all the poor and incomplete work, please find enclosed the bill from ***'s plumbing and heating you can clearly see the work was performed and complete before she even sent in her letter to the Revdex.comAfter hearing Ms***s concerns please also find attached a signed letter from Mike *** Waseca MN Building Inspector stating that all work was complete and done satisfactoryIf you need any further documentation please adviceIn wrapping up We Feel this clearly is an attempt to try to put a derogatory mark on our Company because of personal reasons not performance reasonsFolie Roofing is a very reputable company in the Waseca area and take pride in what we doGoing above and beyond

I would like an explanation of "going the extra mile"I guess being in the dark about the work, cost and frankly the whole process does not feel like a job well doneThis complaint was not filed due to personal issuesThe connection between Mr*** asking for a job with the company has no connection to this complaintIn fact it was quite the opposite of the "assumption"He was actually quite happy the request was declined
The issue is the workThe air conditioner looks no different than beforeThe errors were not noticed until it was inspected by another contractorI have also spoken with many individuals regarding the company reputation,clean up and overall service providedI was amazed at the similar complaints to mineI understand during clean up you can expect some nails however it wasn't just one or twoThere was also a bunch a random windows, siding laying in front yard after work was doneThe window was left broken in the yard for more than hoursIn regards to the color, I didn't change my mindJon *** forgot what I picked and ordered the wrong colorIn this case, it wouldn't be my responsibility to pay extra costIn fact, I was told it wasn't a big deal and was never informed that it would cost more
The errors in the roof should be fixed since the company performs at "above and beyond" standards

Please see attached Inspector license # in a previous response I had included the report from the inspector which indicated all work was performed adequatelyI am unsure what MS *** is asking for us to address issues that don't exist (again this is clearly a personal issue not a professional issue)There clearly are no issues and we have a licensed MN inspector confirming thatSo If Ms*** would give us a document of what she thinks is not up to standard we will go with the Building inspector to the property and address such issuesAlso in the previous response I included the invoice from ***'sI also made a follow up call to Jim *** after this second letter and he personally went to Ms***'s home and examined the AC unit which was clearly fixedAs far not understanding anything MrFolie sat down with Ms*** and went thru the complete insurance worksheet that has everything broken downI can also send the work sheet that she was given if neededIt clearly has everything listedWe have provided documentation and data with all of our responses unfortunately Ms*** is only stating her opinionWe are a very reputable successful company in MNWe would ask that Ms*** supply documentation of her concerns and we will gladly come to her home with the company owner, & the building inspector to address her issues
