of the payment to Folino Estate was for the room use and the foodFolino is not legally obligated to refund any portion of the proceedsOriginally Folino Estate and the client agreed on a full refund of monies paid for their eventThe client then reneged on the verbal agreement and selfishly requested Folino pay additional out of pocket expenses, including money they paid for a DJ and a cake.The client had the room for hours and could not utilize the last hoursThey had a full dinner, minus some dessert, which was not served due to the fight that broke out and was already platedThe photographer took pictures which are onlineThey had a ceremonyThe client's party caused a ridiculous scene and started a fight and Screamed at the staffThe police had to be called and someone in the client's party damaged one of our large wooden banquet room doorsFolino Estate went above and beyond by offering the client a $refundThe total banquet cost of $plus and extra $to go towards the client's addition out of pocket expense for the DJ and Cake.The client agreed to our offer and met with Folino Estate lawyer to collect the checkIf you need additional information, please contact me at ###-###-#### Ext#***Sincerely,Therese * M

This was filed before folino estate and I worked out an agreement and I thought Revdex.com was closed.I called and left a message 03-28-to withdraw complaint.
