Review: I went into the dealership on 3/13/2016 and canceled my gap insurance due to vehicle sale. I provided [redacted] with the copy of the vehicle sale and signed to cancel the gap in writing. I was told it takes 8-10 weeks for refund, which I believe is way to long. All other dealerships have it returned in 4 weeks. I request full payment of 895.00 returned.

I called [redacted] requiring about the refund on 4/13/16 and 5/13/16 and was told still not completed.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the gap insurance of 895.00

Review: On 3/82014 I visited Folsom Buick Pontiac GMC in search of a new vehicle for a family member. While at the dealership looking at vehicles I was approached by a salesman who eventually convinced me to purchase a brand new 2014 GMC Sierra 1500.

The salesman was very persuasive as most car salesman are. The issue with this specific salesman is that he told me that the truck that I was purchasing had accessories and coverage's that the truck did not have. I was told that the truck had a CD player as well as a larger horsepower motor than what it actually has.

I was also told that there was coverage on the wheels and tires since I live in a rural area with dirt roads. The salesman told me that I could literally drive over "anything" and Folsom Buick Pontiac GMC would repair or replace the tire with no questions asked and no cost to me. I was told that the dealership would give me a discount on a new tire but they would not replace it.

I then took my business to Americas TIre Co in Folsom CA where they replaced my tire for a lot less than the dealerships "discounted" price they alos gave me a warranty on all 4 tires out of good faith. I feel that I was deceived by Folsom Buick Pontiac GMC and their salesman by telling me what I wanted to hear while I was trying to make a very big decision by spending tens of thousands of dollars on a new vehicle. I cannot remember the name of the salesman however his name is on the attached contract. I feel that I was taken advantage of and told what I wanted to hear rather than the facts.

I know now that I will never purchase from this dealership again nor will I ever recommend such a place to family or friends. I will be sending this same complaint form to the dealership as well as the Revdex.com in hopes that someone will address this issue with the salesman that falsely advertised my truck. The dealership should be held responsible for their employee's actions however in this case when I brought this to their attention I was turned away and no one was willing to assist me.

I hope to have some type of action taken against the dealership as well as the salesman that in my opinion did not do his job by satisfying the customer but by satisfying his own personal bank account. I hope this matter is addressed and taken with all seriousness so that this does not happen again to someone else. I cannot express how disappointed I am with Folsom Buick Pontiac GMC and I will make sure that I spread the word to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them.

Salesman name: [redacted]Desired Settlement: 1) Horsepower difference:

Boost up horsepower to what it was supposed to be by enhancing exhaust, intake, or computer chip. If this voids warranty, I would like new rims and tires with a warranty.

2) CD Player:

Put a cd player in it

Thank you

Throughout the whole process of purchasing this truck I was lied to and have gotten into heated arguments with the sales department. It shows that this dealership employs very dishonest Individuals who will say whatever they can in order to complete the sale and get money in their pocket. I was told at time of purchase that the tire had a warranty. The salesman specifically said if I was to go 4 wheeling and popped a tire, that the tire would be replaced for free. I only took my truck to jobsites as a construction worker and popped my tire. After receiving no help from the dealership that stated that I had a warranty I had to take my business to America’s The Company who inspected the tire and relayed to me that the tire was in fact faulty. He then gave me a new tire at a 50% discount. At time of purchase I asked the salesman what the horsepower was on the truck because it was not stated on the window sticker. He told me that it had a horsepower of 317, not the 285 they are telling me now. I noticed that the dealership in their response had inadvertently neglected to mention the missing CD player. I again was told that there was a CD player and when I came back after purchase to ask where it I was told there was not one. This is a [redacted] poor company and needs to address the lies that were told just to get the sale. They need to reprimand their salesmen who are only in It to make their sales quota and not In the business to sell honest people honest vehicles.

Review: To whom it may concern,I saw the GMC advertisement on TV to lease 2015 GMC Terrain SLE-1 for $199 a month with some money down. I called the GMC dealer close to my house, but they said that they don't have the vehicle in their inventory. Therefore, I called Folsom Buick GMC at [redacted], [redacted] and I talked to Carl. I was told that they do have that offer and vehicle if we are not picky on color. So I drove 2 (two) hours to get to the dealer. When I got there, I was greeted by [redacted] and I was told that [redacted] was not there, which was not true. Then I was told by [redacted] that they don't have such offer. I want to report a false advertisement. If they show the add on TV they have to HONOR it. This is Fraud and I want Revdex.com to take action.Desired Settlement: I can never trust this dealer for any vehicle purchase. I will take my business somewhere else.

Review: I purchased a used 2005 GMC Denali on May 24, 2014. When the vehicle was being detailed prior to me driving the vehicle off the lot, the dealers detailer tried to remove a advertising sticker off the inside of the passenger driver-side window, and he cut into the tint film of the window. I called them back a few days later, and the dealerships manager, [redacted], said, "I would look into it". A week later, I had not heard back, so I call again. I spoke with another manager, I forget his name, and he tells me the same thing, "I will look into it." Yesterday, June 5, 2014, I call the dealership back again, and I get a hold of [redacted]. He tells me, "I sent something to used sales manager". [redacted]'s solution is that Folsom GMC can scrape off the damaged tint, and that's it. They caused the damage, they should fix it. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and the fact that no one from their dealership has even attempted to solve damage to my vehicle from their employee.Desired Settlement: The window tint replaced from a outside party, agreeable between both parties.
