Review: on 06/04/15 I had my 06/Dodge/Grand Caravan serviced at Folsom Lake Dodge for $110.37 part of the Checkup was the wiper washer. Fluids in green level full and no leaks. OK so I drove home parked the van in the garage. went to church Sabbath had some bird dropping tried the wiper washer did not work. went home parked in garage and on Sunday I bought some fluids for the washer. Put it in and tried to fill the washer storage 3 times and it all ran out. On 06/08/15 I brought it back to Folsom lake Dodge. and I was Charged $67.50 to due something that was not done right on the 4th. I can not prove anything all I know I had no Fluids on my grange floor and no one was messing with my van at church.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the Charge: $67.50

Review: I brought my car a 2010 Chrysler 300 touring to Folsom Lake Dodge for repair because of a tire light sensor remaining on. They put in a new sensor on the right front wheel. The light went out. It cost me $134.80. Then the very next day the light came back on. I brought the car back in and said the light is on again and should be guaranteed. They checked it and said that now it is the rear wheel sensor on the right. I said the mechanic should know which one it is if not all four wheel sensors are bad. The car is a lemon. It also is being recalled for dangerous air bags.Desired Settlement: I would like either a new car since it is a lemon. My money refunded to me in full and all sensors checked out until the light goes out on the dashboard. MY money refunded to me in cash that I paid for the car $25,000.

Review: On a vehicle purchased June 2014 the dealer charged 8% sales tax. I told them it should be 7.5% and was told if there is an error I will receive a refund. According to State Board of Equalization the tax should be 7.5%. I have contacted the dealer several times and have not received the refund of the difference ($ 246.78) or an explanation of the delay. The Board of Equalization states that the dealer must request the refund from the state in order to return it to the customer. As of 11-10-14 no such request has been filed.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the $ 246.78 that I overpaid for the sales tax.

Review: Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sabotaged the engine of my pristine 2007 Jeep Liberty and won't take responsibility.Every repair, except one- unclogging a drainage tube, has been done wrong and needed to be done again.6/27/15 - Replaced the window motor of the front passenger window10/2/15 - Cleaned out front drainage tube and battery acid off the engine11/6/15 - Went back to the dealership because battery acid was all over my engine and the window repair was not done correctly from June. The mechanic who worked on my car on 10/2 told me that it was diluted battery acid all over my engine (from cleaning it up) because he didn't dry it up all the way. I pointed out to him other acid build up and he said, "oh, I just didn't clean that part.I left my car there to get cleaned up. They power washed the engine to get it clean.I picked up my car last night from the dealership (11/12/15) and as I was driving away my engine started to stutter and the engine light was going on and off. I pulled to the side of the road, and my headlights were dimming. I immediately called the dealership told them what was happening and asked them what the problem was. I drove the car back to the dealer (engine still stuttering) and left it there to get looked at.I was called today 11/13/15 and the Asst Service Manager ([redacted]) didnt leave a message. When I called back, the Asst Service Manager went into another room and then proceeded to tell me that when they power washed my engine they got water INTO one of the cylinders of my engine.FLCDJR ruined my car. It was in pristine condition (aside from the window, which is a known problem in Jeep Liberties) before I brought it to them and ever since then it has been a disaster. They are blaming me for the issues, not willing to take responsibility for 1) Getting battery acid all over my engine and 2) Getting water INTO a cylinder. They are now claiming that they didnt tell me water got INTO it but rather that it is on the outside.I have been getting the run around with the GM- Brian Brandyberry and the Service Manager-[redacted], as well as the Asst Service Manager- [redacted].Desired Settlement: Options:1) Buy back of the vehicle according to Kelley Blue Book in excellent condition (which it was before they started working on it) - $11,200or2) 10 year/ additional 100,000 mile warranty on the engine and any parts that may fail due to the battery acid and/or the water in the cylinder of my engine.
