I ordered the wrong exhaustCycle Solutions fixed that problem and realized the my exhaust would be on back orderThey called me to let me know and offered alternativesThey did not wait till the shipping window had come and gone to handle the issueThey sold me a very nice more expensive alternative exhaust for the same priceThe really impressive part is: the back order was not their fault! The did this to keep me on two wheelsI have and will continue to recommend them to every on who needs performance parts or just on honest answer about their motorcycles needs

I am not sure why Mr [redacted] is upset with us I have spoken to Mr [redacted] on the phone and via e-mail I have returned every call or e-mail received from him and have tried to help him with his issue The issue is one that he feels is the Seller not properly disclosing on the disclosures The only reason I suggested he call the builder was because the home was under warranty during the time the Seller lived there If there was a previous flooding problem it would only make sense that the Seller would have called the builder as they warranty the home for years by law Mr [redacted] got back in touch with me and let me know he was waiting to hear back from the builder I was discussing this with my wife [redacted] when she mentioned to me that one of our past clients was now President at Signature Homes At that time knowing that Mr [redacted] was still trying to get an answer from the Builder [redacted] called our past client and he got us the info quickly The bad news for Mr [redacted] was that the Seller had never called about flooding or any other major issues She had called about other very minor items, just nothing to do with his problem We have talked to the Seller and she tells me she has never had a pet or any issues related to flooding So at this point since Mr [redacted] believes the Seller lied on her disclosures, my only suggestion is for Mr [redacted] to go through the legal process of mediation I am more than willing to help him and have always answered his phone calls and e-mailsAttached is the mediation request paperwork for Mr***

I am rejecting this response because: The last communication I received from Folsom Lake Reality was back in Dec 18th 2014, were he stated that he would contact the seller. What was said by the previous owner was the first time we've heard about it. We have had contractors out to our property confirming that patch work was done on the wall and water stains were painted over. Again, signs that past damagea that was covered up.Even though Folsom Lake Reality represented both of us, the buyer and then seller, we the buyer feel that we haven't been properly represented, according to other real estate agencies. I have already paid enough to repair the damages out of pocket, we are not going to start paying  $300 an hour for mediation, which should of been discussed before December 18. The only advice we received from Folsom Lake Reality was to lawyer up and go after the seller.

I ordered the wrong exhaust. Cycle Solutions fixed that problem and realized the my exhaust would be on back order. They called me to let me know and offered alternatives. They did not wait till the shipping window had come and gone to handle the issue. They sold me a very nice more expensive alternative exhaust for the same price. The really impressive part is: the back order was not their fault! The did this to keep me on two wheels. I have and will continue to recommend them to every on who needs performance parts or just on honest answer about their motorcycles needs.

I am not sure why Mr. [redacted] is upset with us.   I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] on the phone and via e-mail.  I have returned every call or e-mail received from him and have tried to help him with his issue.  The issue is one that he feels is the Seller not properly disclosing on the disclosures.  The only reason I suggested he call the builder was because the home was under warranty during the time the Seller lived there.  If there was a previous flooding problem it would only make sense that the Seller would have called the builder as they warranty the home for 10 years by law.  Mr. [redacted] got back in touch with me and let me know he was waiting to hear back from the builder.  I was discussing this with my wife [redacted] when she mentioned to me that one of our past clients was now President at Signature Homes.  At that time knowing that Mr. [redacted] was still trying to get an answer from the Builder [redacted] called our past client and he got us the info quickly.  The bad news for Mr. [redacted] was that the Seller had never called about flooding or any other major issues.  She had called about other very minor items, just nothing to do with his problem.  We have talked to the Seller and she tells me she has never had a pet or any issues related to flooding.  So at this point since Mr. [redacted] believes the Seller lied on her disclosures, my only suggestion is for Mr. [redacted] to go through the legal process of mediation.  I am more than willing to help him and have always answered his phone calls and e-mails.
Attached is the mediation request paperwork for Mr. [redacted].

Review: In April 2012 I bought a home from in El Dorado Hills. Folsom Lake Realty was both the selling and buying agent for the sale. The seller filled out and signed the California disclosure papers and a year after being in the house found many of the disclosures to be false. There had been previously undisclosed flooding that had been inadequately patched and also urine in the carpet and padding after the original owner signed there had never been pets in the home. We contacted the selling agent [redacted] who also happens to own FOlsom Lake Realty and asked for guidance and for him to mediate with seller as we had been advised realtors were required in the state of California needed to do. He was very unwilling to do this and wanted us to go ahead and pay for it on our own. He asked us to call the builder to find out about the repairs which we did and the builder said they never got a call from the owner to have any repair work beneath the house. We told Mr. [redacted] and his response was "yes I asked the owner of the building company who I am very good friends with and I was told the same" THen why have us call if he is such good friends with the owner of the company? At this time we asked for arbitration and him to contact the seller. He seemed to have no interest in pursuing this and stopped contacting us after we repeatedly asked for some resolution.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] and Folsom Lake Realty to arbitrate between us and the seller whom he represented.

Response:

I was discussing this with my wife [redacted] when she mentioned to me that one of our past clients was now President at [redacted].
