Good afternoon: We are a self storage facility that added mail boxes for the convenience of our storage customers to not have to go to the post office for their mailMail is and always has been delivered to the mailboxes daily by 4:pm except Sundays Ms [redacted] is a valued customer of ours, and needed to use our mail boxes for delivery of packages she was receiving The frequency and size of the deliveries were such that I suggested that she rent a larger box for accommodation I even explored the possibility of housing them in an office with other deliveries we may have received It was soon clear, this was not a good option, as too many deliveries were coming in (not just Ms***) and the possibility of theft of packages was a real concern, so I decided to discontinue and explained this to her in detailI also suggested that Ms [redacted] have her packages delivered to her storage unit here as other customers do I am the only employee on site for most of week, so I do from time to time have to close the office to run to the bank or pick up supplies I may even be on the grounds showing units to other tenants, and will not always be in the office It is at these inconvenient times that Ms [redacted] deliveries may have shown up and been returned as I am not in the office This cannot be avoided In fact, I even provided her with my personal cell phone number to contact meI should have directed Ms [redacted] to our website which has an email that goes directly to corporate office, and in the future I will However, I contacted corporate immediately upon my discussion with Ms*** [redacted] , MBA, CSSMFolsom Parkshore Self Storage [redacted] ***Folsom, CA [redacted]
