Hi *** I am *** *** Actually When She Braught The Car All Lug nuts Was Good Except One We Just Try To Take It Off On Customer Request The Question Is How Folsom Tire And Wheels Is Responsible Even The Lug Nuts Was All Ready Stripped We Were Still Helping Her To Put Tires On As Customer Service They All Ready Knew The Lug Nut is Striped But I Don,t Know Why They Don,t Under Stand How We Can Stripped Lug Even We Never Put This On Before On Same Car My Concern Is Who Put The Lug Nut Before They Put Wrong Way I Mean They Put Cross Tread And They Told Us We Put These Wheels On This Car By Self I Will Say They Put Wrong Way So That,s Why It Was Stripped We Are Not Responsible For That Because We Did Not Striped Lug If We Put This Lug On And After We Can Not Take Off Then We Are ResponsibleThanks

Review: I went into Folsom Tire & Wheels to purchase four brand new tires. After waiting for three long hours, he finished mounting three of the four tires. I went to check on the vehicle when he told me he was going to work on the last mount and to head on inside to pay. Once I paid I came back out only to find that they were unable to mount the last tire. After investigating, the owner explained to us while servicing the tire he stripped the lug nut. I was very upset because I had already paid for all four tires to be serviced, yet only three could be. At this point the owner told me that I needed to get the lug nut repaired and he will finish the job. I explained, considering he broke it I will need the funds to complete fixing it. I then got a video of him agreeing to those terms, he would fund me fixing the broken lug nut elsewhere because he did not know how to fix it. After being without a car for a week, I finally found a shop that was able to remove the broken part. In order to remove the piece that was broken at Folsom Tire & Wheels they had to drill into the wheel stud where they found the wheel stud splines in the axle were damaged. I contacted Folsom Tire & Wheels to pay for the final cost of the damages, he refused. I have paid for the $180 cost for the lug nut to be removed and now there are additional damages resulting in a final cost of $1312.20. When I contacted the owner of Folsom Tire & Wheels again to see how we can resolve these issues he did not care to help, and told me he would not be paying the damages.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund for the damages caused by their business.
