The complainants have lived in our community since December and have been good tenants They live on the 1st floor of a story Aptbuilding Being on the first floor you run the risk of having complications from the aptsabove anywhere you would live They have had
different issues that resulted in backups We have always tried to take care of them immediately any issues that any tenant would have unless it was a weekend and it was not an emergency I was told that the tenants in question wanted to be financially compensated and I told the office that we don't do that with anyone I thought that the leasing agent passed that information along to the tenant I did try to call the tenants back private at the number with a prefix of (640) with no answer and a recording came on both times that the voicemail had not been set up after I had received the letter that was sent to our downtown office I was going see if they were happy with the work done and to explain to them that we do not financially compensate for any losses that might occur from any unfortunate maintenance circumstances relating to our property I didn't try calling them back again because I had since received the Revdex.com complaint
We want all of our tenants to be happy living in our community We would agree to them living on the property and giving a day notice to vacate at any time up until their lease would expire They would need to put that in writing and give it to our office before the first of any month between now and November We also gave them the option of moving to a different apt and they were not interested
I have enclosed a copy of their Lease, a copy of the Renters Insurance Addendum that all tenants sign upon moving in, and a copy of the Work Order Summary of all maintenance done in their apt for the last 1/years I will document their account at anytime that they are eligible to break their Lease if their not happy
