This company is absolutely terribleIf your interested in apartments try at are owned by them, I recommend looking elsewhereThey didn't cash my rent check for and a half weeksThey don't return phone calls at allI had/have a cockroach problem in my apartment and called and texted them and they didn't answer my phone call (as usual) but answered my text, in which she replied shed get someone out asap and theyd contact me for a good timeA week passed and I texted them again because they never answer their phones, and she says "someone will come by tomorrow" like noI am a busy person with a dog and explicitly told her to call me to set up a timeThis management company needs to get their act togetherYou can't even pay your rent online so you have to drive minutes to their officeI've called probably 30+ times to different numbers and people and only twice have they answeredDon't bother with these peopleThey're terrible at their jobs and don't care about their current residents eitherThey're always under construction and at it at 6am every morning and the workers are yelling across the complex which is beyond annoyingThey only care about making renovations for new residents but don't care about their current onesA star rating is already a very high rating for them

Then I was moved to another apartment which was invested with biting Carpenter ants
The manager Lynne is completely incompetent and will offer no solutions
You can only access your Mailbox mon-fri 9am- 5pm and never on Sundays
Every Unit contains Dusty dirty vents along with roaches
The apartments are small and theyll ask $760-$
Its a bait and switch
Don't sign a contract with these people
Things will keep breaking down
And they allow Felons with Drug charges hereBeware
There is also, NO securityAs stated by the Manager LynneAnyone is allowed to walk behind backyard
