I was there on to sell-off my vehicleThey appraised it for 13,dollars, and we proceeded to the paperworksBiggest mistake"Joe", the guy who we talked to and who "hasn't shown up to work the past few weeks" when I called, took my car into holdingIt was financed, and he said he'll call me back within a week regarding proper transfer of title before cutting me a checkThat call never cameI've since called this dealership over times, each being put on ridiculously long hold, told to leave a message, told no one was available, told I was going to get a call back that I never did, or something in similar fashionI checked my financing account, and the amount was not paid off at allEssentially, they stole my vehicle and covered it with "the check doesn't come for few weeks." Shaddiest business ever

This complaint is based on TWO experiences we've had with this dealerHowever, I am only requesting a resolution in regards to our most recent experience Though we had a very unpleasant experience the first time with the Finance employee about three years ago, which we thought had been an isolated event, and decided to go back to give it a try, since the salesman was great, friendly, and wasn't at all pushy, it was good commute in case we needed servicing doneWe were trading in a vehicle, which was a little underwaterFinance guy claimed that it was impossible to roll the balance of the existing car to the balance of the new car, and that no one had ever done in that past, (we understood that new car would then be underwater, and higher loan amount, but it outweighed the interest rate we were paying for the existing loan)He told us to just take out a new loan, and continue making payments on the old loan until paid off (great, two car payments), and give the old car back to t

I entered this dealership with the exact car that I wanted that was advertised on their website The lease agreement was for $with $down After making an agreement with the salesperson to add the remaining lease payments from my current lease onto this lease payment, we agreed upon a payment of approximately $ After waiting for 1/hours to see the finance manager, I was informed by the first finance person, that I had a Tier credit This was my 3rd Nissan lease whereas I had never missed nor been late in a total of years I had a credit score of almost 800, no credit card debt and money in the bank By now, I was flustered and the finance manager took advantage of that by convincing me that he "liked me", so instead of the $payment he would bring it down to $ By now, it had been hours in this dealership (keep in mind, I knew the card I wanted when I entered the dealership) The cleaning crew was vacuuming around me and they were rushing me to sign

Sexism is alive and well at Atlantic Nissan in The four men my daughters and I dealt with today were surprised we three (women) would negotiate; with one even saying, "We can't go below the sticker price because it's posted online" and another saying, when I asked what interest rate he used to calculate the monthly payment, "oh, the average" Oddly, once I said my excellent credit allows me a much lower rate, miraculously the monthly payment went down by dollars Finally, at the deal table, another man tried to slip "25" charge in at the end Again, I asked, "Is that 25, $2,500?" and low and behold, it was So needless to say, no deal at Atlantic todayI am encouraging all females to avoid being trapped and tricked at this dealershipI am concerned that others who may not pithe add-ons at the deal table will be taken advantage of

Overall very bad experienceThe guys are generally very friendly and willing to help but at the end don’t do anything towards doing thisIn order to get something done, you have to basically step on their necks and stay around pushing them every now and then to do this and thatInternal organization and processes seem to me not to be workingI was trying to find my way around, as opposed to having let’s say my appointed sales guy do the stuff for meAnd at the end, it ends up having people on a case working independently - a classic waste of resources, money and time
The buying process - I didn’t realise what I was paying for and while I must admit that’s me to blame, the process must have been more transparentThere were tons of maintenances, warranties, etcthat add up to the priceAs explained to me, in order to reduce the interest rateWhether that was true or not, I cannot tellAt the end I was fine with the price, although I have this gut feeling it could have been lower
I was promised I could take the car as soon as I was approved, then it turned out, I should be having the insurance, and then what notFinally, I got it when I made the paymentWhich was ok, I was in no hurry but you shouldn’t be talking nonsense and empty promises
It took me hours to finally get the car, waiting in their office, getting to know everyone around there and they were still not ready with the documents so they had to send them on the next day via a courier
I had a follow up issue to resolve with themFirst, they even tried to convince me I’m not entitled to itThen after I researched and was persistent it turned out that since the car is certified, I am entitledWhether it was because of missing knowledge or intentional, I cannot sayIt was a constant exchange of emails, phone calls (most of the times they wouldn’t answer me), making appointments and going there just so they tell me they can’t make it and I should make another appointmentOverall it took me a month and a half to get this done but I managed to

On 06/**/ I purchase a vehicle Mercedes *** (vin) As of today 08/**/I have not received my registration papers I went to car dealer five times all I got was lies I went to motor vehicle three time they told me each time to go back to dealer I didI ask for a temporary registration I was told they would mail one ,bring to my house all lies the sale man will not even talk to me Phil D***I was informed by motor vehicle my drivers license will be suspend in days Motor vehicle state there is no such vin #*** or vehicle in their system

Sold me a van clearly not worth what paidRush to talk numbers and take van that dayShould of really looked closer broken seat belt window did not open bumpers different Color.body shop maskin tape under bumpers and in moulding And bring van back to fix these issues and they put a dent in the door

Very bad buying experience We were told one price for the vehicle which was different from the final price The financial options and additional fees were not clearly explained The whole process took over four hours and we had to deal with different people throughout, who told us different things We did not realize how much the car actually cost until we got home and more closely reviewed the bill of sale The buying experience felt shady and would not recommend buying from this dealership to anyone When we returned to discuss the price they merely stated they were sorry the price was not explained clearly but there is nothing they could do In addition the car was missing a Nav-chip, which the dealership originally said would be back in stock the next day and now they are saying they have no idea when the part will arrive Without that part the car's navigation does not work and all the memory on the electronic systems does not function They did little to address our concerns about the final price of the car and mislead us about the availability of the Nav-chip The overall customer experience was terrible

In I financed a brand new Nissan Versa noteI have only had the car for months and I just had to get a new transmission put in as of January ***I received my car back on February ***I went to the dealership to see what I could do about this situation because a year and a half old car, that has one driver and has never been in an accident should not need a new transmissionThe dealership basically told me Tom hat I owe too much on the car and that there is nothing they can do unless I bring $10,to themAll I was asking was if I could get a new carI have no problem tacking on my balance for the Versa to a new car as long as I know I am safe as is my family while in itI reached out to the head of Nissan and they all seemed as if they wanted to help me but the finance department isn't as willingAll I want is a safer car and I am willing to pay the added on fee due to not finishing paying off this oneOnce again, I do not feel as if a year and a half old car s

I was RIPPED OFF BIG TIMEI traded in my Mercedes Sat $2,and the car I leased is a Nissan Sentra SL which he sold to me at full book value although I showed him on my phone the monthly payments for a lease start at $on the Nissan website for the same model, he told me this was all fake and there was no way for me to bring my payments down to that rangeI was there ALL DAY FRIDAY and I even told the both of them [Phil & Laura] I'm not able to focus and I'm extremely tired so let me come another dayThen his finance manager told me I'd be saving so much moneyNO, I AM NOT
They took my carThey charged me $3,for "taxes, New York state regustration fees, and first car payment, and new plates."
None of this was applied to my paymentsI lost $2,500+3,for this overpriced Sentra that I originally never wantedI came in and wanted the red Maxima, which he told me would come out to be well over $400/month
I took the car home trusting that they are giving me the best lease agreement and I got a new car
The next morning after getting much needed rest, I'm thinking that there's no way I should be making such high paymentsMy credit score is And I was feeling buyer's remorse thinking I should have looked at an older modelI originally walked in and told Phil I want a $10K carHe told me I'd be making the same payments if I got a new carALL LIES
I went to my brother in law and brought all my paperworkWe see there is NO LEASE AGREEMENT in my envelopeI made sure to get copies of all my signed documentsI have a paper that even says I have hours to return the leased vehicleI told them I was coming in Sunday morning and I'd like to speak to the sales manager so they could cancel the transaction OR lower my paymentsWhen we got there, they refused to do anythingI implored Phil to help meThis was an unfair deal and the payments would stretch my budget to the max and put me in a financial straitI only have one source of income and I told him I cannot afford these payments with my budget, bills, and rentI remember he told me I'd need to find somewhere else to liveMy sister also showed him on the Nissan website, the lease should have been $215/month with down [the lie he told me it was]I don't know where they applied my $6,I requested to speak to the sales manager and they said he [Devon] was coming and told us to sit in the wacting areaTwo hours later, he was nowhere to be seenI approached the receptionist area and asked for Devon and he says "You're looking at him." He refused to come around and sit down, telling me to book an appointment after waiting right there in plain sight of himHe gave me a significant amount of attitudeFinally, he came around and we went inside an office and I asked to get a copy of my lease agreement and he refused to provide me with a copy as well, calling me a LIAR in front of my family membersAfter asking him MULTIPLE TIMES to please give me a printed copy of my lease agreement he said "everything is digital, everything is on the system but I cannot give you a copy."
I asked him again and again "Where is my lease agreement????" He mocked me and rrepeated back "Where is your lease agreement?? He said there's nothing I can do and there's nothing he will do to help me
This is the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life
This is not a small purchaseThis is THOUSANDS OF MY HARD-EARNED moneyThis company does not care about customer service or satisfaction AT ALLI already escalated a case to the regional specialistsI'm going to complain about this to the CEO Carlos Ghosn, and the Revdex.com and the attorney generalIt didn't need to come that far, but that's what happens when you get MISTREATED TO THIS EXTENT
I was DISRESPECTED AND INSULTEDAs mentioned earlier, I only have one source of income and I got ripped off big timeWords cannot explain this horrendous experienceI WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

We had a horrible experience dealing with Atlantic Nissan when we went to lease a Rouge as advertised on their websiteWhen we asked to compare leasing a new and purchasing a Rouge the salesperson would not even talk to us about buying used, clearly leasing is more lucrative for themAfter negotiating for hours we agreed on a deal that was nowhere near what the advertised online deal wasDuring the process we were told that the online deal was impossible, they could never lease a car for that price, and those deals were just on there in case they needed to move cars at the end of the month (it was July 31)The hyperbole and mansplaining was insultingSomeone should tell these salespeople and managers that more words and evading a question does not make you appear smart, it only makes people wary of anything you sayWe signed the agreed on deal and then the manager came over and flat out told us that the cost was going up $because he would not approve itSo he basically discredited his salesperson, why should anyone deal with a salesperson who obviously doesn't have the authority to make a deal, and wasted hours of our timeWe walked outI will never deal with such an unprofessional business again
