This person read and signed our policy, missed her appointment and policy was executed upon her. She failed her appointment and is now looking for relief. She was asked to return to get what refund she was owed and refused to accept her refund. She feels/felt she should not have to adhere to our policy.

Amazing experience; I would certainly recommend to anyone. The staff was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Going to the dentist is never something I look forward too but they made it an enjoyable experience.

Mr. [redacted] has made several appointments with our company in order to receive dental work. He has changed his appointment three times. We have a policy in which we will fully refund all deposits made on appointments if given a 48 hour notice. Mr. [redacted] actions show...

that he does not respect our policy nor our doctors time and changes his appointments the same day. His lost his deposit because he defaulted an agreement he made to make his schedule appointment three times. He can never be see at our facility due to his lack of seriousness toward his oral health. After changing his appointment for him three times he still failed to give the proper notice. This policy is in writing and verbal given. We are in the business of doing same day cosmetic and implant work and we only treat those patients who are serious about modifying their smile or stabilization of a denture.

This patient is being fully refunded, and has had contact with our office at least twice in the last week. She was explained to that refund checks take weeks to process. She is being inaccurate when she states she had no contact with the office because she spoke specifically to the clinical director...

regarding her refund,  of which she was given months to come up with her portion. She also signed our non refundable policy stating office credit toward future procedures.  This is her second time paying for procedures and then asking for her money back after she couldn't come up with the rest of the money. She makes a habit of paying on procedures and faulting to pay for the rest of the treatment. She is being fully refunded minus administration fees.

Great guy who truly knows what he is doing and the rest of the staff members are all very accommodating and nice as well. We don't trust someone else and always recommend people to see him!
