After further search into this complaint, I have confirmed with the site office manager a copay was collected We will re-educate our staff with the specific criteria for collecting copays for different insurances and refund the amount of $ I have called Mrs [redacted] to advise our plan of action and apologize for the inconvenience

Review: I called my Health Insurance PHCS today & the rep [redacted] told us that our family had met our max out of pocket of $3,000 for this year 2013. The Fondren Orthopedic group told us that we had not met our out of pocket and charged us $85.00 for our childs doctor visit on [redacted]. We were only supposed to pay $20 office co-pay and want our $65 refunded as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I want $65 refunded immediately & for future visits that the Fondren group does a better job finding our correct benefit information.
