our leasing manager and he feels the deductions are fair and just. Our maintenance guy is the one who inspects the apartments. Sometimes the tenants will leave the keys on the counter instead of completing a walk thru with him. This is the case here. Our maintenance is available to complete walk thrus as we feel this is the best way to prevent situations like this.
