As far as the $towing Fee, we will not be reimbursing Mr*** for his billHe did not have permission for an inoperable vehicle to be parked on our property anywhereWe have very strict rules about thisIt is in our Lease and our Rules and Regulations and it Is covered under our Crime Free Addendum that they both signed upon moving In As far as the manager's job goes, she will not be losing her job for enforcing the RulesWe also have signs posted Enclosed are the work orders that have been done in their aptin a timely mannerWe have not had any work order requests since a month ago and that was for a toilet seatBefore that It was September of We have also sent them numerous notices reminding them that they are paying their rent too late in the monthSo here it is August 18th and they have not paid their rent for this month yet If Mr*** fails to follow the Rules and continues to smoke pot on our property and doesn't pay his rent on time he will leave us no other choice then to start court proceedings to evict him If you need any further information please don't hesitate to ask

We did try to work with Ms. [redacted] by telling her that she did not have to pay for the Money Order until they tracked it down. She chose to pay us for it. We also told her we would take off 2 months of Late Fees totaling $60.00. The amounts that she states are $24 & $34 totaling $58. We have...
credited her the $60.00 and she is responsible for the balance of her rent which is $340.00 if paid by the 5th or $370.00 for December if not paid in full by the 6th. This would be the $30.00 late fee charge for December.Thank you,
