We billed Mrs*** for a consultation with our Endodontist due to her insurance company gave us incorrect information.Originally we were told buy her insurance company that she didn't have a co-pay but we've come to find out that she
actually did have a feeHer insurance company states that they contacted Mrs*** to advise her of their mistake and offered her to upgrade her plan so that they that can pay for her consultation but according to the Ins comp reps Mrs*** declined to upgrade her plan and stated to them that she would just pay for the consultation herselfWe've spoken to the specialty referrals dept Supervisor from Dental Health services inscompany to try and resolve this matter on behave of Mrs*** but still waiting for them to respondThis was not a mistake made by our company Fontana Dental GroupDental Health Services ins comp stated that they will pull recorded phone records to determine if they will take responsiblty and pay for Mrs*** co pay since it was a mistake made on their sideWe understand the frustration that Mrs*** is feeling and we've tried but to explain situatation to her but she very uncoopative and verbally agressive towards our staffWe should be hearing back from her Inscompany any day now and we'll contact her with their response
