Review: I had ordered a custom built shed, which was delivered the morning after one of the worst rain storms of the year. It had just stopped raining that morning, after approximately 10 hours of steady torrential downpour and flash flooding in our area. The delivery was not postponed. Instead, they transported this huge shed on a flatbed truck across my front yard and all the way to the back of the property, meanwhile, sinking their tires into the soft, rain saturated ground. The owner/driver assured me that it would be fine to drive his rig on the still soaking wet ground. However, I discovered the extent of the property damage after they dropped the shed and left.Also, I had paid for a ramp to be built and attached to the shed. But this was defective. The ramp was not properly installed and I have not been able to open the shed doors because the poorly installed ramp is blocking the doors from opening.I have called several times regarding these problems. The shed was delivered in July and I have given Fontana plenty of time to correct the problem (3 months) Usually, my phone messages are completely ignored. One time the owner picked up the phone when I called and he pretended like he was going to come out and fix the damage, but he never showed up and never called. He just continues to ignore my numerous calls. He was paid well over $2,000 for the shed and now that he has my money he could care less about the damage to my property and the poor workmanship of the shed he delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like the damage to my property fixed (holes filled in and seeded). Also, the ramp needs to be PROPERLY attached , so I can at least open the doors on the shed that I spent so much money for! I have clearly explained this to the owner already. I have been very patiently waiting.
