Dear ***:Thank you so much for your help this morning Here is the answer to this complaint:*** *** was caught soliciting members of the Food Addiction Intensive for her own group We offered to keep her in the Intensive if she would agree to a non-compete She declined to sign
the non-compete so we were left with no alternative but to remove her. Thanks again for your help with this, ***. Let me know if there's anything else I should do.Best,Joan I***, PhD, MBA, CEOFood Addiction Training, LLC

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.***Per our conversation I have attached saved files of the personal message *** conversation between me and Joan I*** and also the one where her paid assistant *** ***, right before I was kicked out of the programYou can see that in the conversation with Joan, where I have bold-faced the relevant parts, That not one mention is made of me soliciting membersShe said that *** did but not meOur conversation was based on her trying to get me to stay in her program and leave the group *** startedYou see her criticisms of ***, one of her two biggest volunteers for a year and a half, same time as me, since the program startedAnd Joan's statement that she is the "best educated person on the planet" to have a group on food addictionThere are hundreds of such groups on this same topic on *** started by lay people, not professionals seeking a solution to their problem. The other file is my conversation with *** *** her paid assistant trying to convince me to "leave" before they "kicked' me outObviously as you can see she and Joan had discussed my leaving from her remarksAgain not one mention is made of me soliciting members from the IntensiveI saved these files after copying and pasting them from my FB saved personal messages. To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.Sincerely yours

The irony of Ms***'s attachments is that several times, she references very significant benefits received from the IntensiveShe states that it's the first program she's been successful atMs*** was very active in the Intensive for a year and months and references a number of different improvements. At the time that she left the Intensive, she had suspended any payment at all.The correspondence with Ms*** does not describe any encouragement on Ms***'s part for Ms*** to leave the IntensiveTo the contrary, it's quite friendly.Ms*** does provide evidence that she's trying to defend the new amateur group and claims that it does not compete with the IntensiveThis could be seen as Ms*** defending her right to solicit from the IntensiveMs*** became aware of the Terms & Conditions on Wednesday, May in a recorded phone call. On Friday May 25, she indicates that she's not made up her mindHer hesitation indicated to me that she still wanted to be able to solicit members of the Intensive for her group. She claims not to be soliciting members for her group, however, we had indications from several Intensive members that they were solicitedMs. *** was made an administrator of the new group as soon as it was formed. Her role as an administrator put her in a position of responsibility for the new group. It would be odd for her to claim that she was not involved in growing the new group with Intensive members. She was active in the Intensive for a year and four months before she started her own group and knew many members quite well.It should also be noted that at no time, did Ms*** ask to rejoin the Intensive and sign the Terms & Conditions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response is utter nonsense and is entirely subjectiveMy saved files of all my correspondence with Joan I*** in private messages says it allI have no desire whatsoever to return to her program where I was not successful nor getting what I neededI am getting what I need elsewhere with very successful people who have integrity and unquestionable moralsI am not interested in any refund from this businessWhat I would like is never to hear from them again, as this issue is at a stalemate
