I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:In response to the business, there was no different sale sign on display at said location on the day of purchase I took a picture of the only sign there was the one I mentioned in my complaintYou made a different one now, but on the day of purchased, all sale signs said the same at said locationIn response of what I want, I will like to have my $returned to me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Their statement about their sale sign states that beef are excluded is falseI stated to the cashier that there were no exclusions on the sale sign and the said sign stated "Smoked Meat or Turkey Sausage" 2/$The product that I purchased was "Smoked Sausage with Beef" and again no exclusions were stated on the sale signI took a picture of the sign and showed them but they still denied meAlso, the said product was not just placed in any spotIt was placed neatly with the rest of the Arnold Sausages at the designated display shelf with the said sign on the said shelf (beef, chicken, beef with beef bacon, turkey, etc.)Futhermore, I see that I am not the only customer that complained about this matterThe business refers me to "her" but I am a man. Added picture of the said sale sign in said establishment and item that was bought.

To whom it may concern,As the customer states there are different type of Arnold’s sausages and which are made with beef or other which would be chicken, turkey, or pork.The same customer made this complaint with our cashier regards to this issue while these sausages were on sale many times and we...

have explained to her that sausages that are included in 2/$4.00 sales includes turkey, chicken, or pork and anything that is made with beef is 2/$7.00.Our sales signs that are listed for 2/$4.00 states that it excludes BEEF.This is a supermarket where people grab an item and leaves it in many different place, we cannot have someone stand in from of an items just to make sure products are not mixed up standing in front of a different signs.Even in our circular it states that smoked meats or turkey is 2/$4.00 and beef are 2/$7.00.And this matter was explained to this customer many times.

To whom it may concern,As responded in the past to this complaint there are sign on each individual items that are on sale inside the store. I would love to upload the photo of the sign and the flyer but Revdex.com does not allowed me to include a photo on this website.As I stated once the Arnold’s smoked meat or turkey sausages are 2 for $4.00 but in our flyer and the signs it states that (or beef sausages are 2 for $7.00).On our next sales event on Arnold’s sausages you're more than welcome to ask our head cashier to bring you the sign that are placed in front of the item.And please note that when these items go on sale there are two different signs that’s presented in front of the items, ones for 2 for $4.00 and the other is for 2 for $7.00.Just because you take a photo of the items that's listed for 2 for $4.00 does not mean that our cashiers are going to give you something that’s listed for 2 for $7.00. As that being said above what you would like us to do to satisfy you?As for the Revdex.com is there a link where we can upload flyer and the signs to show our side of the story? Please do let us know.Thank you.
