Food Dudes Delivery LLC

We can issue a refund but we would like the customer to remove the reviews she left online attacking our company about not issuing refunds and stealing from customers which is 100% not true.  This order will be refunded if we can make those arrangements.  The facts are the food was purchased and delivered from the restaurant.  Someone received the food and accepted the order we have tracking to prove this.  If the customer is saying she did not receive the order this is fine we can issue a full refund for the purchase price amount. However we would like these online reviews either adjusted or removed before issuing the refund.  I believe they state we steal money and this is not true. We are unsure as to why the food was not received by her but someone else did take the food at point of delivery.  We purchased and paid the restaurant for the order and will take the loss on this if we can agree on the above.  Sorry this also took so long to resolve it was escalated to me upon these emails form the Revdex.com.

Per our records the food was delivered at the house through the garage. If she is claiming she did not receive the food order we could honor her with a food dudes gift certificate but not a full refund. Please let us know what she says. Thanks Date Added Updated By Status To 12/23/17...
