Review: I visited Food King Express recently and was taken aback by the RUDE customer service I received. While my dismay began with an order food that was burned and NOT edible at all it ended in my disbelief that customers are spoken to in the manner in which I received. I placed an order and found that two of the items were burned and hardened when I reached home. I phoned Food King Express and was told by the women who answered that 'maybe because I did NOT eat it right away that it was hard'. I then told them that I DID realize it when I reached home and had NOW gotten the opportunity to call. I told her that the order was hot when I reached home and STILL HARDENEDD AND BURNED and that the hour that passed could not have been the cause. She told me to bring in said items and that she could do NOTHING for me if I did NOT come in. Although I was willing to accept some type of credit perhaps, she said I had to bring the food back and that she could ONLY deal with me that way. Once I reached Food King Express the same woman who'd advised me to bring in the burned items said, "No. It's black because you put sauce on it." In disbelief, I said, "I put hot sauce on it because initially I was going to TRY to eat it but it's so hard that I can't bite it." She then said, " You ate some fries, I will ONLY give you chicken and NO fries now. I then asked her to pick up the item. Look at how charred and burned and hardened it is. Reluctantly, she snatched the dishes and said, "Next time you check your order before you leave." I sat down thinking why didn't I just say to her 'well, you check it also to make sure it's not burned.' but I didn't I just sat there and waited. Once the order was ready she called me up and said, "Now you taste this and see if it is not burned. I don't want you to come back and say we burned your food".Although I asked her name she refused to give me her name or the managers name so I had no choice in letting the Revdex.com know of the GROSS DISRESPECT I RECEIVED OVER FOOD THAT FOOD KING BURNEDDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my order.
