I do see several complaints from her since at several of our locations. *** has tried to make her happy by either inviting her in for a free meal or sending her free meal vouchers in all of the other instances. At this time, I don't know what we could do to make her
happy

The complaint has been sent to the regional Manager for this location. They will call and speak to him about his issues on this visit. I also found a couple of other complaints filed by him in December
