Review: I have been to the store multiple times and frequently there is outdated product in the coolers and on the shelves. At first I thought nothing of it, because maybe they were working on it but it has happened too many times to count. At least 6 or 7 visits & over 15 items. My last visit, 6/20/13, I bought solo cups. These cups were put in different packaging - old ice bags. I did not realize this until I left & returned to work. Being charged $2.99 for the cups, no big deal, but the fact that someone touched them before I purchased them, does not make me happy. Nor is it sanitary.Desired Settlement: I would just like to go there and get IN date product & not be ripped off by & sold product that is not in original packaging.

Thank you for your kind concern.In response of the letter we received from Revdex.com ID of [redacted] on 6/24/2013.We are extremely sorry for the matter in regards of Solo cup which was packed in a Ice bag, it was not meant for business purpose but for the store use. The cups were accidentally put on the shelves by our new employee who was on training. And regarding other beverage and merchandises, we have vendors for almost all of them, we will be more than happy to exchanged them if they are expired, again this happened during the time of our new employee's transition into the store.We are extremely sorry that Miss [redacted] had to go through such experience(s) in our store and we apologize sincerely and assure this will not happen in future.
