We had a rebuilt at this shop when we picked up the vehicle it was running but were rushed off assured that everything was in good condition When we get home we notice the heat shield was not put back in place so we had to drive hrs to get it put back onThen a few months later we head to North Dakota and the truck completly dies due to an issue with the rebuild engineHe was not willing to help with the $tow bill we now had to get the truck back to his shop for warranty work since the issue was due to a HPOP damaged from something coming loose inside the engineThen I go pick up the truck again and the ac is not recharged with freon after they did the work
deer valley diesel recently worked on a vogue motorhome I use for business and pleasureBrought it to them so they could make it run cooler in the arizona summersRan consistantly at degreeswhen it left their shop on the way to el paso, txon may 14th it got up to degrees! *** *** the owner told me to get it fixed somewhere elseI barely made it to el paso, having to drive at nightTook it to another shop, they did the correct diagnostic on itNow the motorhome runs a consistant degreesDeer Valley diesel mis diagnosed the problem, charged exoribident amount for the wrong repair, and was unresponsive for any adjustment back to meStay clear of these guysFiled dispute with chase bank over refund, as *** *** the owner doesn't care at all about his mistakes
Three years ago I spent $on my Dodge Diesel repair One misdiagnosis after another, with no return on other repairs *** was horrible to deal with, even had two friends in the business talk to him I will NEVER recommend them and when I hear their add on the country music station I want to scream to the listenersDON'T GO THERE!! If I had come to the Revdex.com site first, I would have never gone to them
There are no words to describe how dishonest and evil *** *** and Deer Valley Diesel areHe destroyed our Ford F250, which was a highly modified race truck worth well in excess of 70K, took 45K for some more custom work we wanted done, insisted on our paying in advance (retrospectively we should have known right then and there that NO responsible mechanic would demand cash up front) and then proceeded to keep the truck on his lot for TWO YEARSHe had one lame excuse after another, was evasive and a flat out liarWe were finally forced to get an attorney, and after a lengthy and nightmarish legal battle, found out he has the absolute lowest insurance you can have to operate a business, and that he himself was flat broke....long story short, no way to get our money backWe had our once beautiful truck towed back home, mangled beyond belief, hood off, rust on the turbo from sitting HOODLESS in his yard for TWO YEARSThe interior was trashed, paint was oxidized...keep in mind that prior to Mr *** getting his hands on it , the truck was a show truck with flawless paint and interiorSpotless engine bayOnly79K on the diesel engine
If you want your vehicle destroyed and your money stolen from you; this is your placeI doubt we will ever be able to get our poor truck to even RUN again, much less not look like a broken down beaterI am speechless that this sg is even still in business
