Hello. My name is [redacted] and I would like to make Revdex.com aware of my unfortunate services with All Team Staffing. My last check that was issued from this company was on April 6th, according to the staff at this establishment, never made it to me. I called All Team on April 8th to ask when did they expect me to receive my check, [redacted] replied "You haven't gotten it yet?". She told me to give it to the weekend. I called back on April 13th because I still hadn't received my check. I talked to a [redacted] and she said they would reissue the check and it would be available the next Monday. I called on April 21st to see if my check was there before I traveled 1 1/2 hrs to pick it up. [redacted] replies, "Are you supposed to have a check here?" Now Im aggravated because I feel they are playing games. I tell her I should because they were supposed to reissue me another check. She says she did the paperwork herself so I should have a check. If this was the case why did she ask me should I have a check? She tells me she'll be in touch. I dont think that was the appropriate response for a professional to give someone who hasnt gotten paid for their services. I called back minutes later and coincidentally [redacted] was unavailable so I talked to [redacted]. She was kind and seemed remorseful of the situation and said she would give me a call back. I called back two days later and thats when she informed me that my check was cashed on April 6th. When I talked to [redacted] on April 6th she told me my check had been mailed out already. There is no way my check was mailed out on the 6th of April and cashed on the same day as well. On May 4th I finally get a call from [redacted], the owner and he had no type of professionalism to himself at all. He didnt say hello, he didnt say good morning after I did, he just told me his name, where he was calling from and what he was calling for. He made the statement "since this is so important to you, when can you be here, since this is so important can you be here in 30 mins" I told him no I could come the next day, and to stop talking to me like this situation is my fault. He replied "well you're blaming my staff". Yes I am blaming his staff because obviously they lied about mailing my check. This owner [redacted] needs to learn business etiquette because the way this situation is being handled is not proper or businesslike whatsoever. It should have not taken a month to find out my check had been cashed.
