HelloMy name is [redacted] and I would like to make Revdex.com aware of my unfortunate services with All Team StaffingMy last check that was issued from this company was on April 6th, according to the staff at this establishment, never made it to meI called All Team on April 8th to ask when did they expect me to receive my check, [redacted] replied "You haven't gotten it yet?"She told me to give it to the weekendI called back on April 13th because I still hadn't received my checkI talked to a [redacted] and she said they would reissue the check and it would be available the next MondayI called on April 21st to see if my check was there before I traveled 1/hrs to pick it up [redacted] replies, "Are you supposed to have a check here?" Now Im aggravated because I feel they are playing gamesI tell her I should because they were supposed to reissue me another checkShe says she did the paperwork herself so I should have a checkIf this was the case why did she ask me should I have a check? She tells me she'll be in touchI dont think that was the appropriate response for a professional to give someone who hasnt gotten paid for their servicesI called back minutes later and coincidentally [redacted] was unavailable so I talked to [redacted] She was kind and seemed remorseful of the situation and said she would give me a call backI called back two days later and thats when she informed me that my check was cashed on April 6thWhen I talked to [redacted] on April 6th she told me my check had been mailed out alreadyThere is no way my check was mailed out on the 6th of April and cashed on the same day as wellOn May 4th I finally get a call from ***, the owner and he had no type of professionalism to himself at allHe didnt say hello, he didnt say good morning after I did, he just told me his name, where he was calling from and what he was calling forHe made the statement "since this is so important to you, when can you be here, since this is so important can you be here in mins" I told him no I could come the next day, and to stop talking to me like this situation is my faultHe replied "well you're blaming my staff"Yes I am blaming his staff because obviously they lied about mailing my checkThis owner [redacted] needs to learn business etiquette because the way this situation is being handled is not proper or businesslike whatsoeverIt should have not taken a month to find out my check had been cashed
