Food Works

We ordered [redacted] worth of food from this restaurant. The orange chicken was rancid and spoiled and had such an odor it was unbelievable. The rest of the food was gross and smelled also, we only ate a tiny portion of the food before we realized it was all bad. We all got sick-vomiting,stomach pains, diarhhea, even our 2 children and my 68 year old father. We called the restaurant to inform them of what happened and experienced the worst customer service ever. The manager as he told us he was, was the rudest most beligerent human being I have ever dealt with. He did not care at all we got sick nor that he served rotten chicken that could have landed us in the hospital with severe food poisoning. He basically said he didn't care we were sick and he would not refund our money. He also said I was more than welcome to call the police , the board of health, anyone I wanted because he simply did not care what we went through. He was horrific to deal with. The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I told him all we wanted was a refund and we would be done with the whole situation. But he was impossible and so rude I couldnt handle it.
