Thank you for reading my complaint.  My main concern is to report Mr. [redacted] to you since you have accredited him back in December of 2015. It would have been nice to receive my money back but my main concern is that Mr. [redacted] knew he was in the wrong by putting single wall pipe instead...

of triple wall pipe when installing my wood stove. Especially since he and I talked triple wall pipe for this job.    My insurance has already paid for my home with what we had on it which was not a replacement amount. 40,000 dollar does not get you into a home with house prices these days. But that part is not the issues    I just would like you to be inform that Mr [redacted] should be looked at as a unreliable business man, cutting corners so he can make more of a profit. And to not have insurance for his business, which I'm pretty sure any business should have insurance by law, should also be looked into.    Thank you for taking the time to look into the matter.   [redacted]

Benny Called me back and provided a verbal response:  My lawyers and her insurance company's lawyers have come to an agreement and the matter has been resolved.

I contacted Mr [redacted] via the phone and he knew of the complaint and was sure he was never going to make the complaint go away or her be happy.
