with the engine and to know exactly what is wrong, it would need to be torn down to the point of failureThis is something that has the potential to become a liability for the shopTherefore, anytime we hear a “knock” noise we refuse service The vehicle remained running the entire time that it was on the property until it was pulled out of the shop and parkedAttached I have included a *** *** owner’s manual and a copy of the specific page from that manual that shows how to properly turn off the vehicleIt clearly states that for a manual transmission the key must be turned to the lock position to be removedIt was not until about an hour after the incident that Ms *** had told me that she never turns the key all the way back to lock position to remove itThe technician was operating the vehicle to manufacturer specifications because Ms *** failed to inform my team that her vehicle was differentI’m sorry but failure to disclose on her part does not assume responsibility on mine Lastly Ms ***, my company is a large corporationThe District Manager has the authority to authorize free repairs if they are owedHowever, you refused to talk to the District Manager after he gave you the answer that you did not want to hearSo let me ask you, when was the last time you got mad at *** and called Sam *** directly?
