Regarding complaint ID ***, we have satisfied our customer, Mr***A little about Foodservice Rewards. Foodservice Rewards is a loyalty program for foodservice operators, such as restaurants. Participants earn point for buying participating products, then use those points to
get merchandise or pay for industry conference fees and travel. Participant points never expire. Participants can use their points for merchandise but cannot supplement points with cash. Mr*** did not have enough points to get all the merchandise he wanted. He was short by points, which we credited him for, and he was able to get his merchandisePlease let me know if you need any additional information.
