I was able to order a hard to find specialty Gluten Free food after I couldn't find it anymore locally and had failed attempts at getting it from another internet based company After the negative experience with the other internet companies on this product I was very skeptical, but ordered anyway I followed up my order with their customer service who assured me they did have the product and it would be airmailed to me Customer service was very polite! My product even came early! I will definitely be ordering from Foodservice Direct again and would recommend them to anyone!
Disappointed in their unusually large window for deliveryI ordered a wheel of cheese on the 10th of NovemberIt will not ship until at least the 9th of DecemberToday is November 21st
Had I know that this order would take so long just to ship I would NEVER have made this order
It maybe policy for no return on a "special order", it's another thing to enable leave customers waiting too long for an order that charges a premium, for shipping with no accountability to their customer
Perhaps if I was a regular customer, I'd be accustomed to their methodsAs a new and never repeat customer I can clearly say "don't bother, go anywhere else."
There were many problems with my order, that I never received. It was charged to my credit card a month before it was to ship. Then little by little, items were not available. A refund was not issued, even though I was told it would be. It also said that the days for shipping took as many as 5 days on one of the shipping. These were all frozen orders. Even though it was ordered in Feb. to be delivered in Mar, it could all be melted from the heat. I live in the south. They said they were giving me a refund for items not available but never did. There was also shipping charges involved with these items. I cancelled the entire order. Disputed the amount with my card. It was cheaper at Walmart.
I ordered a product from Food Service Direct after finding the perfect directory board for a great price. I ordered two of them. I got an email the next day saying there has been a price increase of over $120.00 per item I was trying to order. After speaking with two representatives and them saying that it is a third party issue. They should still be help responsible for products the offer on their website. They said it does not happen often but how CONVENIENT is it for them to increase the price the NEXT day someone places an order. Their website also said that the product would be shipped in two days. After deciding if I still want the product she told me it was at least a 3 week period until the product can be shipped. I told her to cancel my order. So they mislead people on their website and cannot get their story straight. They should not work with "3rd" parties if they cannot keep their business professional. They had the nerve to tell me they hope this does not mess with future business. Are they serious? Who would ever come back?
