Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This information that they responded with is not the truthDue to them being so nasty with me I had a family member on the other line as a witness in case they tried to get out of lineThey INSISTED that hey had none of my records and that I needed to contact a collection agencyAfter finding the corporates information I was able to get in touch with their management teamCorporate gave me contact info to the collection agency and they informed me that I DO NOT have a debt with themALSO the office assistant did hang up in my face as I was in the phone with her and my family memberI have phone records to prove it and my family is a witness as wellThey refused to answer any of my calls for the rest of the dayThey need to clear my name if this debt or I WILL continue to move forwardYou can not tell me multiple times that I don't have a debt with you and then recant and lieThat is unprofessional and unjust Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This apartment complex routinely moves new residents into apartments that are known to have roachesThey also state on their website and to prospective new residents that the apartments have been recently renovatedI have proof (photos)that that is a total lie and misrepresentation.My upstairs neighbor was lied to upon moving in by an assistant manager who is no longer working hereThe office has known for over a YEAR that I had a roach problemI informed them repeatedly that it is most likely coming from apartment *** because that is where the previous infestation came from in 2013-When my upstairs neighbor was moving in, the assistant manager told her that there was no known roach problem in building The residents of building told management that this pest control company was making the problem worse and they did nothing but state, that they have records of treatmentWhen it is evident the spray pest control was using clearly didn't work, the residents refused the spray and requested baitIf the roach infestation is being eliminated management can thank the residents of building The cause of the roach infestation in building (this time) was found to be coming from apartment *** which was filthyManagement took over three weeks to even begin to clean itTemporary workers from JAOT were hired to remove debris left from the previous tenants and left roach infested TV sets on the walkway for days, further exposing the residents to roaches.Also management states that this is an isolated incidentThat is a complete lieGoogle the reviews for this apartment complexThe roach problem at the complex has been wide spread and on going over several years.Management couldn't care less about a positive resident experience

Tell us why heThe first call received from Ms*** was on May 19, and numerous calls followed through May 22, The first conversation was with the leasing consultant she told Ms*** her ledger was showing a collection balance in the amount of $2,The manager spoke with
her on Monday, May 22, and explained her file was placed in storage by previous management and would contact her as soon as we were able to retrieve the information. Ms*** called back numerous times demanding the information about her accountThe manager explained once again, her file was in storage and it would take some time to retrieveMs.*** was ensured we would get back to her quicklyMs*** wasn’t pleased with the information she was givenShe insisted she didn’t leave a balance and she needed the number to collectionsWe explained that if she was recently denied credit she could request the collection information from that company and that may speed up the processShe informed us that she had not applied anywhere. Through numerous conversations Ms*** was told the same thingThe staff in the office was never rude nor hung up Ms*** Upon our investigation, we did find she was never turned over to a collection agency by former management. However, she is responsible for the balance of $2,A detailed statement of the charges can be provided at her request. We will be happy to work out a payment arrangement with her
