Revdex.com spoke to Donald at business and the following was relayed: The consumer brought the vehicle in on July of this yearEverything was covered under warranty with the exception of $for the diagnostic charge and filter, which were not coveredThe consumer was informed that the Transmission Pan was rusty and needed to be replaced, the consumer declined that repair, which was not covered under warrantyThe vehicle was brought back in October, which a loaner car was provided for the 2nd visit, and the vehicle was down quarts of oil due to the rusty transmission pan that had recommended to be replaced and declined by the consumer in July

THEY NEVER TOLD ME THE TRANSMISSION PAN WAS BAD RUSTY NOTHING THEY TOOK WEEKS OF HAVING MY CAR I PAID ALMOST FOR A FILTER AND FLUID I DID NOT WANT MORE ISSUES WITH THE CAR IVE HAD MONTHS AT THAT POINT I WOULD HAVE GOT IT FIXED WITH OTHER PARTS DUE TO NEEDING MY CAR AND NOT TAKING CHANCES OF IT BEING DOWN AGAINIT WAS ALSO CHECKED PRIOR BY *** *** IN *** WORK WAS DONE WEEKS PRIOR THERE ON TRANSMISSION IT WAS TAKEN BACK THEIR PRIOR TO GOING TO FOORS FOR DIAGNOSTICS ON TRANSMISSION AND NOTHING WAS SAID THERE ABOUT IT BEING RUSTY OR BADI BELIEVE THEM LEAVING IT LEAKING CAUSED THE RUST AND ROT AND DUE TO THEIR NEGLANCE IT CAUSED IT TO BE WORSE THEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEENYOU CAN CONTACT *** *** *** NY AND SPEAK TO *** WHO DID DIAGNOSTICS ON MY CAR ALL THREE TIMES ITS BEEN IN SHOPS.
