I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I still have not heard anything from this company reguarding my complaint and I am not happy. They stated that they contacted me and that is not true. I don’t know what to do from here. I would like a return label to send this item back and my money refunded.
