Foot Health Center of Merrimack Valley

I have been contacted by Foot Health Center of Merrimack Valley, PC 451 Andover St., #209 North Andover, MA 01845
978-686-7623 several times this year claiming I had an appointment with "Ann".
The first time I received this call, I called back to notify them that I was not a patient and that they made a mistake. (I had to leave a recorded message)
The second time they called, I ignored them.
The third time they called, September 29th at 10:47 a.m. I picked up the phone and spoke to the secretary who claimed that I always had an annual appointment for a pedicure.
I told her to remove me from her database and not to call again.
I find this quite disturbing as someone else might feel obligated to go to the bogus appointment and in this way, the office makes additional money by scamming unsuspecting public into believing they are patients.
I have never had a pedicure at any time in my life and have only suffered with one foot problem in my life, which was plantar fasciitis.
My primary care sent me to a podiatrist, and in truth, it may have been this office, (I forget) but this was back in 2008 and I have not had need to return to any foot specialist again.
